Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, tested, or used.

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions along with a return shipping address. Please do not return items without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
